1. Permitted use
- Beauty, face reshape, body shaping, and makeup enhancement of the user or authorized media in camera, live-streaming, short-video, photography, and image-processing products.
- Local or on-device visual quality and style processing with reasonable user notice.
- Commercial applications that comply with privacy, likeness, intellectual-property, consumer, child-safety, and platform rules.
2. Prohibited use
- Face swapping, identity replacement, deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive content that conceals its real source.
- Non-consensual processing or publication, harassment, humiliation, discrimination, sexualization, or exploitation.
- Fraud, false identity, bypassing identity checks, or high-risk automated decisions in credit, employment, insurance, healthcare, or law enforcement.
- Any unlawful use, intellectual-property violation, third-party platform violation, or use likely to cause real-world harm.
- Removing safeguards, evading the License, distributing SDK/models/assets, or helping others commit prohibited acts.
3. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for assessing the use case, obtaining authorization, providing notices and appeals where appropriate, and ensuring your App, content, users, and data processing comply with law. Beautification results must not be presented as proof of identity, health, or other facts.
4. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and refuse sales, suspend support, deny renewal, or terminate authorization. Report misuse with the product name, links, evidence, and explanation to support@uyalibeauty.com.
