1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing the service or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If purchasing for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Do not purchase or use the service if you disagree.
2. Product and transaction roles
UyaliBeautySDK is a portrait-enhancement software development kit for camera, live-streaming, short-video, photography, and image-processing products. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for transactions completed through Creem and handles checkout, indirect tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Creem Buyer Terms and mandatory law prevail for payment-process or mandatory-consumer-right conflicts.
3. Accurate order information
Before payment, verify the customer name, email, App name, platforms, application identifiers, modules, and term. The License is generated and bound to this information. Reissuance, upgrades, or compatibility issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized information do not constitute non-delivery.
4. Pricing, payment, and delivery
Displayed prices generally cover a one-year License. Checkout shows applicable tax and the final total. After payment confirmation, we generate the License and deliver it through the order page and purchase email. Keep your order ID, email, and License file secure.
5. License grant
Subject to full payment and continuing compliance, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable commercial right during the term, solely for the organization, Apps, platforms, identifiers, and modules stated in the order. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Offline verification
The License uses offline signature verification and is bound to order data. Once generated and delivered, it can validate within scope without a continuously online account and cannot be reliably recalled or disabled like an online subscription account. You must not alter, forge, share, sell, publicly upload, or bypass the License.
7. Restrictions
- Do not use the SDK beyond the licensed Apps, identifiers, platforms, modules, term, or organization.
- Do not resell, rent, publicly distribute, or expose the SDK, models, assets, License, keys, or extractable builds.
- Do not evade technical controls, forge authorization, conduct malicious reverse engineering, or remove rights notices, except where non-waivable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use the product for face swapping, identity replacement, deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, non-consensual image processing, unlawful surveillance, or any use prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Updates, compatibility, and support
We provide reasonable documentation and support for the purchased scope but do not guarantee compatibility with every device, third-party library, beta operating system, or custom environment. Contact support@uyalibeauty.com. Enterprise customization, SLA, source access, or work outside the standard License requires a separate written agreement.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The SDK, models, algorithms, documentation, examples, assets, marks, and updates belong to the operator or their respective owners. Your App, content, and data remain yours or their respective owners'. We may use feedback without charge to improve the product, without acquiring ownership of your product.
10. Refunds, suspension, and termination
The separate Refund Policy applies. We may suspend support, refuse renewal, or terminate a License for material violations of scope, acceptable use, intellectual property, or law. On termination or an approved refund, you must stop use and delete the License and copies.
11. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the product is provided as is. We do not guarantee suitability for every business purpose and are not responsible for customer code, third-party components, misconfiguration, or use outside documentation. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
12. Law, changes, and contact
Without affecting mandatory consumer rights or Creem Buyer Terms, these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, with disputes heard by a competent court where the operator is located.
