2. Help us respond faster
- Orders: include the order ID, purchase email, and payment time. Never send full card details.
- License issues: include the App name, platform, identifier, error, logs, and necessary screenshots.
- Refunds: identify the applicable Refund Policy case and provide reproduction or delivery evidence.
- Security or misuse: include the relevant product, link, time, and verifiable evidence.
3. Payments and receipts
For Creem transactions, you can also use the Creem receipt and Customer Portal to view payment, tax, Invoice, or refund status. Contact us directly for product delivery and technical issues.
