1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to uyalibeauty.com and its subdomains. Privacy questions may be sent to support@uyalibeauty.com. Third-party websites and the Creem checkout are governed by their own policies.
2. Data we process
- Order and License data: customer or company name, purchase email, product or App name, platforms, Bundle ID / Application ID / Bundle Name, licensed modules, term, order ID, payment status, and delivery records.
- Payment and billing data: Creem customer or checkout identifiers, currency, amount, payment result, and invoice name, tax ID, recipient email, notes, and file metadata. We do not store full card numbers or complete payment credentials.
- Technical data: IP address and country or region inferred from request headers, access time, request logs, and basic browser or device information.
- Preferences: a necessary cookie used to remember your Chinese, English, or Japanese language choice.
- Support data: sender address, subject, message content, attachments, and correspondence sent to our support address.
3. Why we use data
- Create and locate orders; process payment results; generate, bind, deliver, and validate Licenses.
- Send Licenses, order, invoice, and expiry messages, and handle upgrades, defects, and refund requests.
- Select the appropriate pricing region, language, and payment method, and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate requests.
- Maintain security, logs, backups, and service continuity, and meet tax, audit, and legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform a contract, take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in service security, and obtain consent where applicable law requires it. Without required order data, we may be unable to deliver a License.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Some providers may process data outside your country or region. We use reasonable contractual and legal safeguards as required by applicable law.
- Creem, as Merchant of Record for relevant transactions, for checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Tencent Cloud for website hosting, data storage, and transactional email.
- An email service provider for receiving branded support email and forwarding it to our support mailbox.
- Regulators, courts, tax authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the operator, or the service.
6. Retention
We retain order, License, invoice, and payment records for licensing, support, tax, audit, and dispute purposes. Security logs, email queues, and support records are retained only as needed for their purpose. Provider retention follows their policies and our configuration. We delete, anonymize, or lawfully archive data when it is no longer required.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege credentials, restricted runtimes, signature verification, and appropriate backups. No internet transmission or storage is completely secure. We will handle legally reportable incidents as required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
Contact support@uyalibeauty.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some records must be retained for contracts, tax, disputes, or legal duties. We may verify your identity.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults and organizations purchasing a commercial SDK License, not for sale to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization.
10. Updates and contact
